Address Changes
Send an email to subscriptions@capemay.com with your updated contact information, or call us toll free at 888-898-2997. Please provide your Customer ID, if you know it, to expedite the process. We will process your address change within 2 weeks. Magazines are not forwarded by the Post Office, even if you file an address change. They will be stripped of their covers and discarded. We regret that we cannot replace issues discarded by the Post Office due to an address change.
Payment Options
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, money orders, and personal checks. If paying by check or money order, please call 888-898-2997 or mail your subscription to Cape May Magazine, PO Box 2383, Cape May, NJ 08204. Make checks and money orders payable to CAPE MAY MAGAZINE. Please do not send cash via ground mail.
When to Expect Your Magazine
You can expect your first issue within six to eight weeks of your subscription date. If you subscribe during our off-season (December through March), your first issue will be mailed in April. Back issues usually arrive within three weeks, as they ship from our office in Cape May. Subscribers do not receive magazines before they are released to stores. Read about our publishing schedule. We regret that we do not offer expedited shipping options.
Publishing Schedule
Cape May Magazine has an atypical publishing and distribution schedule. The magazine is published six times a year: April, June, July, August, September, and November. The magazine will arrive during the month for which it is named, not before. For example, the July issue is mailed to subscribers during the first week of July. This is intentional. Subscribers will not receive their issues before they appear in stores. Cape May Magazine has a small circulation and prints in Pennsauken, New Jersey, about an hour and a half from Cape May. When a new edition is bound and boxed for shipment, we pick them up and hand deliver them to local stores, who display them that same afternoon. The same day, a shipment of them is sent from our printer to the mail-house for postal distribution. Once our mail-house receives the magazines, subscriber copies go in the mail (along with those that will be sold in Barnes & Noble and Borders).
Gift Cards
During the holiday season, we will send you a blank gift card for each new gift subscription ordered, that you can fill out and mail to friends and family. Or you can download our high-resolution gift card and print it for a great stocking stuffer!
Promotions
Each promotion is subject to its own terms and conditions, and may not be available in all areas. Not all promotions are available online. Promotions may not be combined.
Replacement Issues
Our magazines ship at periodicals rate. We allow up to one month from the release date for delivery. If your magazine has not arrived after this date, we will happily send you a replacement! If your magazine has printing or binding errors, please call 888-898-2997 for a replacement. We regret that we cannot replace magazines damaged during delivery or use. Trial Subscriptions / Sample Issues
If you love Cape May, we're pretty sure you'll love our magazine! We don't offer trial subscriptions to Cape May Magazine, but you can visit CapeMay.com for a taste of our articles & pictures.

Back issues of Cape May Magazine are available for purchase online or by calling us at 888-898-2997.
Renewal Notices
When your subscription is nearing its end, we will send a single renewal notice to the billing address on file for the account. You may renew online, over the phone by calling 888-898-2998, or by mail.
Privacy
We will not give out or sell your phone number or email address. We only collect this information so that we can contact you should we have a question about your subscription. We treat sensitive financial information with the utmost propriety. Our online transactions are handled by PayPal to ensure your financial information is kept safe.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
If you wish to cancel your subscription, please notify us in writing or call 888-898-2997. Please send a letter to Cape May Magazine, P.O. Box 2383, Cape May, NJ 08204. You will receive a pro-rated refund on all un-mailed copies. Single issues will not be refunded.
Contributions
Send samples of your work to Cape May Magazine, P.O. Box 2383, Cape May, NJ 08204.  Mark your envelope "Attn: Editor" or "Attn: Art Director." Please include a self-addressed, stamped envelope if you would like the materials returned. You must provide full contact information with all submissions. We do not guarantee that submissions will appear in the magazine.

Email your digital photograph to photos@capemay.com. Do not adjust lighting, contrast, or size. Please do not send actual photographs. Cape Publishing, Inc. assumes rights of the photographs for use in Cape May Magazine and/or CapeMay.com.
Corrections
The correct amount of sugar for Persnickety's Lingonberry Filling (p. 58, Winter 2010) is 2/3 cup.
