Ten years have passed since the original wooden Rotary Park gazebo (facing page) was demolished and replaced by the one in the photo above. The gazebo in the park has been a focus of holiday celebrations by Cape May City for decades.
Rotary Park was originally dedicated on July 4, 1976. It was reconstructed in 2015 by the city in partnership with the Fund for Cape May, a private group of citizens, the new gazebo has since become the crown jewel of Rotary Park.
