Corn Pudding
Gather these ingredients
- 5 large eggs
- 1/3 cup butter melted and slightly cooled
- ¼ cup white sugar
- ½ cup milk
- 1 cup cream
- ¼ cup Parmesan
- ¼ cup cornstarch
- 5 cups cut corn
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375. Grease a 2-qt casserole dish with butter. Whisk eggs in a bowl, then add remaining ingredients. Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 1 hour, cool slightly and serve.
