Mexican Street Corn

Mexican Street Corn
Gather these ingredients
- 3 15.25-ounce cans corn, drained
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- kosher salt
- 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 2 tsp. tajin spice
- Cotija cheese
- Cilantro roughly chopped
Instructions
- Melt butter in a skillet. Add corn and cook on medium until warm. Fold in remaining ingredients. Cook for 2 minutes more and serve.
