Dearest,
Will not have time for a letter. Sorry, but will see you in less than two days. Can hardly wait. Time goes so slow. Will be to fast after you arrive. Have not found out when the pier closes hope not till a week or so after L.D. Will see you soon but not too soon.

I am sitting across the street from this place writing cards. I hope you are enjoying the ocean. I am but I am not in the water. I am going to buy a suit I want it for over Labor Day when you are down. We were to John’s Nephew’s Wedding yesterday here in Cape May. It was lovely. We are staying until Monday
