Avocado and Bacon Bibb Salad with Chipotle Ranch Dressing

crumbled queso fresco cheese
Dressing

mayonnaise

cup
sour cream
1/3
cup
buttermilk

tbsp
chopped dill

tbsp
chopped thyme

can
chipotles in adobo
a small can

clove
garlic

granulated garlic

tsp
pepper

whole
limes, both the juice and zest
Instructions
Combine dressing ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth.
Place wedge on plate; garnish with tomato, avocado, bacon, and cheese.
Serve with chipotle ranch dressing.
