Bacon Blue Grilled Cheese

Gather these ingredients

strips cooked bacon

thick-cut white or sourdough bread

cup
buttermilk blue cheese or your favorite type
½
cup
mayonnaise

Instructions
Build the sandwiches, layering the cheese and bacon.
Heat skillet or griddle to medium. Brush the outside of the sandwiches with mayonnaise.
Grill 4 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
Remove from pan, slice diagonally and serve with the soup.
