Blue Cheese Bacon Potato Salad

Gather these ingredients

lbs.
red potatoes
cooked whole, cooled
10
slices
of bacon cooked
cooled, and diced
½
cup
mayonnaise
¼
cup
sour cream
1
Tbsp.
apple cider vinegar
½
tsp.
salt
¼
tsp.
black pepper
4
green onions
chopped
3
oz.
blue cheese
crumbled (about 3/4 cup)
Instructions
In a bowl mix mayonnaise, sour cream, cider vinegar, salt and pepper and whisk until smooth.
Chop potatoes into ½ inch cubes and add to dressing.
Fold in remaining ingredients and adjust seasoning to taste.
Chill for 1 hour, then serve.
