large Jersey tomatoes

bunch of basil

quarter-inch thick slices of fresh buffalo mozzarella

extra virgin olive oil

freshly ground pepper
Instructions
To prepare, core and slice tomatoes. Alternate tomato and mozzarella slices. Drizzle with olive oil.
Tear the basil leaves and sprinkle over the salad. Dust with pepper and enjoy.
