Four Bean Burgers

Ingredients

can
each drained and rinsed black beans, kidney beans, chickpeas, and cannellini beans

eggs
1
onion, diced
1
red pepper, diced

Tbsp.
chopped cilantro
Salt and pepper
4
oz
diced green chilies
6
cloves
minced garlic
2
tsp.
tajin spice seasoning
½ cup panko breadcrumbs
Instructions
Mix beans together.
Add vegetables and spices. Mash lightly and add eggs and panko.
Mix well.
Form into 4 oz patties.
Bake on a lightly greased baking sheet at 375 for 10 minutes.
Flip and cook for 6 minutes more.
Serve like your favorite burger.
