Grilled Tuna Nicoise

Ingredients
Tuna

olive oil

Sald and pepper to taste
Salad components

green beans, blanched, cooled, and split

lb
fingerling potatoes, cooked, chilled, and split

cup
pitted and sliced Nicoise olives

tomatoes, cored and wedged

eggs, hard cooked, peeled, and wedged
Dressing
1/2
cup
olive oil
3
tbsp
red wine vinegar
2
clove
minced garlic

tsp
thyme
1
pinch
sugar
Instructions
Mix juice, oil, salt, and pepper and marinate tuna in mixture for 15 minutes. Grill tuna to your temperature preference. Let rest.
Combine dressing ingredients.
Mix dressing with beans, potatoes, tomatoes, and olives. Arrange on a plate; top with tuna and eggs.
