Marinated Skirt Steak

Gather these ingredients

oz.
skirt steaks
4
cloves
minced garlic
3
Tbsp.
olive oil
1
Tbsp.
ground coffee
3
Tbsp.
brown sugar
2
cans of chipotle peppers
2
Tbsp.
ancho Chile powder
Instructions
Mix all ingredients and spread rub over steaks. Refrigerate overnight.
Remove from fridge, let stand at room temp for 20 minutes, then grill over medium high heat 4-5 minutes per side.
Let steaks rest for 5 minutes. Slice across the grain and serve.
