center cut strip steaks
Coarse salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
Season steaks and let rest for 10 minutes at room temperature.
Grill over medium high heat for 6-8 minutes (personal preference of doneness will affect these times).
Flip steak over; cook 6-8 minutes more for medium rare. Remove to plate, let rest 5 minutes, and enjoy.
