Oyster Dressing

Gather these ingredients

oysters

onion, diced

stalks of celery, diced

tbsp
chopped fresh sage

tsp
chopped fresh thyme

clove
garlic, minced
1
loaf day-old ciabatta bread cut into cubes
3
eggs
1
cup
clam juice
salt and pepper
1
stick butter
Instructions
Melt the butter in a skillet. Sweat onions, celery, and garlic until soft.
Add herbs and oysters. Let cool slightly.
Fold in bread and clam juice and mix well.
Beat the eggs and add to the mix.
Bake in a greased casserole dish at 350° for 25 minutes.
