Oysters with Apple Jalapeño Mignonette

Gather these ingredients

Cape May Salts oysters
Crushed ice

jalapeño, seeded and minced
½ cup champagne vinegar

shallot, minced
1/2
green apple, minced
Instructions
Mix jalapeño, vinegar, shallot, and apple. Season with kosher salt and black pepper, chill.
Shuck oysters and serve on crushed ice with mignonette.
