Roasted Potatoes

Gather these ingredients

red potatoes
cut in half

Tbsp.
chopped parsley
1
Tbsp.
chopped thyme
2
tsp.
chopped rosemary
1-½
sticks butter
diced
4
Tbsp.
olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a bowl mix potatoes and remaining ingredients.
Spread on a sheet pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Stir and check for doneness. If too firm, cook for 5 more minutes.
