1 Tbsp local Cape May honey
1 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
3 oz prepared iced tea
2 oz bourbon
Lemon wheel for garnish
Mint for garnish
Begin by mixing the honey and fresh lemon juice in a shaker until the honey dissolves. Next, add the prepared iced tea and bourbon to the shaker, then fill with ice. Shake gently to combine the ingredients. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice and garnish with mint and a lemon wheel.
This cocktail offers a perfect balance of smoky bourbon and refreshing tea, making it a great option for a casual yet sophisticated sip.
