A passion fruit martini photographed poolside. Since this was for a magazine shoot, we were allowed to use glass, but Tiki Ten35 does not serve poolside cocktails this way for safety!
Make Tiki Ten35’s Passion Fruit Martini at home!
2 oz Absolut Vanilla Vodka
1 oz passion fruit purée
½ oz lime juice
½ oz simple syrup
Prosecco
Chill a martini or coupe glass in the freezer while you make the drink. In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, passion fruit puree, lime juice, and simple syrup. Add ice and shake for 15 seconds.
Fine strain into the chilled glass and pour a splash of Prosecco on top for a sparkling finish. Float an edible orchid as garnish.
