Three Summertime Cocktails

We couldn’t choose between these summer cocktails from Harry’s Ocean Bar & Grille! Make all three right in a pint glass.
High Wheeler
To a pint glass, add 2 cucumber slices and muddle. Next add a 1/2 ounce of St. Germain elderflower liquor and 1.5 ounces of gin. Add ice, shake, then add 2 ounces of lemonade and top off with club soda. Garnish with cucumber wheels.
Blueberry Mojito
Muddle a few fresh blueberries, mint leaves, and lime slices in a pint glass. Add a 1/2 ounce of simple syrup and 1.5 ounces of NJ Farm Fresh blueberry rum (or substitute white rum). Add ice and shake. Top off with club soda. Serve with a lime wheel.
Peach Crush
In a pint glass, add a 1/2 ounce each of peach puree and fresh orange juice. Add a 1/2 ounce of triple sec and 1.5 ounces of peach vodka. Add ice, shake, and top off with lemon-lime soda. Garnish with an orange wheel.
