With this quick stew, the seafood ingredients are interchangeable so use what you like! This recipe appears in One-Pot Meals from our Fall 2023 issue.
Quick Seafood Stew
Heat oil in a pot and sweat onions. Add garlic. Cook until soft but do not brown.
Add fish and sauté for 3-5 minutes. Add tomatoes. Add thyme and deglaze with wine.
Add mussels, octopus, or other shellfish. Add water and cover the pot. Simmer for 20 minutes.
Add crab and parsley and enjoy.
