Four Bean Burgers

Four Bean Burgers
Ingredients
- 1 can each drained and rinsed black beans, kidney beans, chickpeas, and cannellini beans
- 2 eggs
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 3 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
- Salt and pepper
- 4 oz diced green chilies
- 6 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tsp. tajin spice seasoning
- ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Mix beans together.
- Add vegetables and spices. Mash lightly and add eggs and panko.
- Mix well.
- Form into 4 oz patties.
- Bake on a lightly greased baking sheet at 375 for 10 minutes.
- Flip and cook for 6 minutes more.
- Serve like your favorite burger.
