Grilled Bacon and Bleu Cheese

Bacon Blue Grilled Cheese
Gather these ingredients
- 12 strips cooked bacon
- 8 slices thick-cut white or sourdough bread
- 1 cup buttermilk blue cheese or your favorite type
- ½ cup mayonnaise Chef Jon recommends Hellman’s
Instructions
- Build the sandwiches, layering the cheese and bacon.
- Heat skillet or griddle to medium. Brush the outside of the sandwiches with mayonnaise.
- Grill 4 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Remove from pan, slice diagonally and serve with the soup.
