Oysters with Apple Jalapeño Mignonette

Oysters with Apple Jalapeño Mignonette
Gather these ingredients
- 12 Cape May Salts oysters
- Crushed ice
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
- ½ cup champagne vinegar
- 1 shallot, minced
- 1/2 green apple, minced
Instructions
- Mix jalapeño, vinegar, shallot, and apple. Season with kosher salt and black pepper, chill.
- Shuck oysters and serve on crushed ice with mignonette.
