Roasted Potatoes

Roasted Potatoes
Gather these ingredients
- 16 red potatoes cut in half
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 Tbsp. chopped thyme
- 2 tsp. chopped rosemary
- 1-½ sticks butter diced
- 4 Tbsp. olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl mix potatoes and remaining ingredients.
- Spread on a sheet pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Stir and check for doneness. If too firm, cook for 5 more minutes.
